Who Can Benefit From Pelvic Floor Therapy?
Here’s the Truth. At Austin Lymphatic, our clients tell us EVERYTHING.
We noticed a trend that our clients were experiencing symptoms associated with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction at an alarming rate. It seemed like 1/3 of our clients were telling us about issues associated with the pelvic floor!
When we started looking into how we could help these clients, we found that there were not a lot of good options. And so, Austin Pelvic Floor Therapy was born!
We are so thrilled to be able to offer solutions to the issues we hear about most frequently.

How Does it Work?
It works by revitalizing your Pelvic Floor strength!
Your tailored treatment plan may involve specialized techniques to connect with and strengthen your pelvic floor. This can include manual therapy targeted at this area, and exercises to enhance strength and coordination. Our dedicated physical therapists specialize in guiding you through the process of rejuvenating your pelvic floor strength and stability.
A typical treatment plan can span 8-12 weekly sessions. With this, you’ll likely experience noticeable improvements along the way as you gain effective coordination, contraction, and release of your pelvic floor.
