Cancelation Policy

Our cancelation policy is very simple:

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged the FULL 100% PRICE of service to the card provided without further notice or discussion. Cards are kept on file solely for this purpose.

This policy helps maintain our sanity and is strictly enforced, without exceptions for COVID, illness, child care, travel delays, work conflicts, etc.

Please do not give Austin Lymphatic a hard time about this. We would much rather spend our time focusing on quality care than discussing these matters any further.

Going to the wrong location (we have two) is a late cancellation. Please double-check your location and directions!

This is a perfectly reasonable policy that is not at all uncommon in the service industry. This ensures our therapists are compensated for their time and dedication…Please, Respect Your Providers—Their Commitment Deserves Your Courtesy!

We don't enjoy sitting around. You are welcome to gift this time to a friend or family member if you can get them to come in on short notice. Just let us know.

Showing up Late:

Please call the office if you're going to be more than 10 minutes late. Don't stress, you are welcome to enjoy the remaining time but your appointment will still end as scheduled. If your time is cut short due to you showing up late, you will still be charged for the whole visit.

If your time is cut short because you have to leave early, you will still be charged for the whole visit.
