Careers at Austin Lymphatic

Team Austin Lymphatic

Love where you Work.

If you’ve been burned out in spa jobs, tired of the hustle in private practice, tired of every person who walks through the door wanting "deep tissue" and not knowing what that even means, or just over giving 100% while getting paid like it’s 2005—We see you.

I can say with profound proudness that Austin Lymphatic is an incredible place to work. It's my job to make sure it stays that way. We’re a specialty lymphatic clinic serving post-surgical clients, cancer survivors, and people managing chronic conditions like lymphedema, lipedema, and autoimmune conditions.

These aren’t fluff-and-buff massages. The work is meaningful, the results are tangible, and the people we help are incredibly grateful.

You don’t need to come in already certified in lymphatic, but it’s a huge plus. What matters most is that you’re a good, responsible human with a curious brain, and a desire to grow. We provide killer one-on-one training. You’ll be prepared. You’ll feel confident. You’ll be proud of your work.

We’re not looking for folks who want to clock in and zone out. We’re building a team of people who care. People who show up on time, want to be great at what they do, and also know how to laugh through the long days and lift each other up.

Most of the practitioners who work with us have been here for several years.

We are very selective about who we hire because we want it to be the perfect fit for everyone.  We are dedicated to building a dream team.

A Supportive Place to Do Meaningful Work

From Central Austin to Westlake, our clinics are calm, light-filled environments where both clients and practitioners feel welcomed and supported.

Every treatment room is designed for comfort, focus, and the kind of care that makes a difference.

You’ll be surrounded by a team that values growth, collaboration, and connection—on the treatment table and in the break room.

We’ve built a culture where you can thrive, feel proud of your work, and truly love where you work.

Working at Austin Lymphatic was a wonderful experience. Between the great clientele, comfy work environment, amazing coworkers and boss… what more could I have asked for?! My time at Austin Lymphatic offered me so many opportunities to learn and grow, as a practitioner and as a person. Meet ups with coworkers to workshop and discuss new techniques, ideas, tools, etc., were jam-packed with information and so much fun. Austin Lymphatic is a beautiful place to work and I’m so grateful I got to be a part of the AL family. 🙂

My time spent at Austin Lymphatic was some of the most amazing growth years and collaborative work that I've ever done. The environment is warm and welcoming with a focus on education and being better practitioners. It is completely patient-focused where there's no competition between practitioners or locations. It's a drama-free environment that is extremely kind and inviting. I loved the collaborative vibe of the space where everyone was bouncing ideas off each other to better serve the patients. Jess is the best boss you could ever ask for and I'm forever grateful for my time at this practice.

I feel incredibly fortunate to work as a lymphatic therapist at Austin Lymphatic, and what truly makes my job special is the way Ben and Jess care for us. They don't just see us as employees; they genuinely value who we are as individuals and make it a priority to invest in our personal and professional growth. It's rare to find a place where you feel seen and appreciated like this. Knowing that they care so deeply about our well-being allows me to show up every day with passion and purpose. I feel supported not only in my role, but as a person, and that makes all the difference in how I'm able to care for my clients.

Over the past five years, I have been deeply embraced by this community and incredible group of women I've had the privilege of working alongside. From day one, Jess took me under her wing and l've never felt more connected to such a powerful, purpose-driven collective. It's clear that Jess & Ben pour their hearts & souls into this practice and that energy flows directly to their team, and ultimately, their clients.

Even the clients here comment on how it feels like this is such a great place to work. Employee satisfaction is a non-negotiable here. They genuinely want you to thrive and they back that up with industry-leading compensation and unwavering support. The bottom line: they
want you to flourish and they're willing to invest in making that happen. I often tell people I was hesitant when I landed this dream job because there had to be a "catch". Spoiler alert: there
isn't.

Working in an all-female environment has potential to easily become competitive, and I truthfully have only experienced compassion & collaboration. The fluidity of therapists all collaborating with the goal and mission of helping people achieve a place of optimal health leads fuels what we do.

There's a rare and beautiful culture of community, support, understanding, generosity, and mutual respect. I was given the respect and dignity every employee deserves. In my experience, you will not find a better gig, better leadership to work under, better compensation to be found, or more supportive work environment anywhere else. Take this as your sign.
